Drones, virtual reality & quantum technologies
Sometimes we leave "our hallowed halls" and visit other FabLabs. At the invitation of Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences' "MakerLab 2024", we showed interested students in Kamp-Lintfort what is possible today with drones, virtual reality (VR) and quantum technologies. The course was led by our FabLab founder Prof. Dr. Michael Schäfer, Robert Reichert and Frederik Sandner. Many different courses took place on the day under the motto "Tinkering. Build. Do it yourself!" at the university to get boys and girls interested in various STEM fields. In this interview Robert Reichert talks about his enthusiasm for drones and VR.
