World of Quantum - Day 2

Between quantum physics, 3D printers and interested visitors, it is sometimes not so easy to find a quiet minute to keep our community up to date. Even on day 2 of the World of Quantum, there was hardly any time to take a breath because our stand was so busy. We are very happy about the interest in our experiments and making new contacts.
Inspiring presentations on the topic of quantum research take place several times a day at our stand. Engelbert Beyer from Department 51 of the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space paid us a special visit today and came to see our stand for himself. Mr. Beyer took part in a panel discussion, gave a presentation and was given a short tour of our exhibits. Prof. Dr. Michael Schäfer presented the Quantum Minilabs, 2QA and quantumexpedition projects on behalf of everyone.
We are also currently setting up a new quantum network under the provisional name quantum aktiv and have a living partner wall on the stand. All quantum aktiv projects can be found there. With the help of AI and a 3D printer, action figure boxes with the core information of the projects will be 3D printed and hung on the wall. This creates a living partner wall over the course of the trade fair. A super cool idea, isn't it?
Speaking of networking: on day 2, we took the opportunity to invite all quantum aktiv partners to the beer garden after the trade fair. At an unofficial network meeting, all projects were able to talk to each other in a relaxed atmosphere and strengthen contacts. In this way, the busy trade fair days become an event that connects and creates a strong network within our quantum aktiv projects.
